Officers's requirements and their duties
Our current requirements to become an officer:
1. Be active and participative.
2. Help out faction and its members.
3. Be registered on this forum.
4. Lv50+ for executor and lv70+ for marshall (level requirements are subject to change).
5. Being knowledgeable about the game is an advantage.
Be aware that being among the highest levels in faction does not entitle you to an automatic promotion. You need to show us that you can be entrusted with this position.
Once you are an officer, it does not mean you can now rest on your laurels. Unfitting or inactive officers will be demoted (let us know if you are going to be inactive and do not want to be demoted). They can always work their way back to an officer's position. Please understand that this is done for the good running of the faction.
Officers' duties and responsibilities:
1. Read Faction Rules and Guidelines and understand them.
2. Help recruit any potential faction member to make the faction grow.
3. Enforce rules, regulate faction chat and resolve any conflits when Leader and Director are not online.
4. Help faction members and give them advice/info when needed.
5. Report any offence by faction members to Leader or Director.
6. Help Leader and Director keep track of inactive members.
7. Keep faction members informed of any ongoing or future faction activity/project/event.
8. Lead and organise squad for any faction runs (BH, FB, FF, TT, etc).
9. Encourage members to sign up on the forum.
Note: Any addition or change made will be in blue.
